The room had only two sockets. They weren't by the beds. The room felt DIRTY, and the bath panel was broken. The beds were REALLY uncomfortable, and the room looked nothing like the website pictures. The staff at reception were unpleasant. the restaurant was overpriced for what you got.

i checked in a bit early. the lovely lady at reception let me right in. she even helped me with some ribbons on my dress. the location is super central and perfect for exploring. the breakfast buffet had so many choices and the setting was really nice.
the wifi didn't work in the room, that was frustrating. i couldn't make calls from my room either, there wasn't any mobile signal. the lift felt really slow. i wish there were more places to hang towels.

The hotel location was central. I found getting around easy. My room was quite spacious and included a seating area (perfect. I was glad to find a stool with nearby plugs by the wall mirror, handy for getting ready.
