broken bath panel unpleasant staff
The room had only two sockets. They weren't by the beds. The room felt DIRTY, and the bath panel was broken. The beds were REALLY uncomfortable, and the room looked nothing like the website pictures. The staff at reception were unpleasant. the restaurant was overpriced for what you got.

the location proved suitable. i found the car park safe. breakfast offered an adequate selection. the staff were attentive to my requests.
my room had a small size. the kettle did not fit under the tap for filling directly. i noticed the shower temperature fluctuated unexpectedly. the extractor fan in the bathroom was non-functional.

early check-in central location breakfast buffet spotty wifi slow lift towel place
i checked in a bit early. the lovely lady at reception let me right in. she even helped me with some ribbons on my dress. the location is super central and perfect for exploring. the breakfast buffet had so many choices and the setting was really nice.
the wifi didn't work in the room, that was frustrating. i couldn't make calls from my room either, there wasn't any mobile signal. the lift felt really slow. i wish there were more places to hang towels.

the wifi was only available in the lobby and restaurant. it is inconvenient. also, the room felt dated and could use some updates. i noticed some wear and tear throughout the room. the bathroom was small too.

The hotel location was central. I found getting around easy. My room was quite spacious and included a seating area (perfect. I was glad to find a stool with nearby plugs by the wall mirror, handy for getting ready.
The elevator was rather small.
